I can massage my entire back by myself and don’t have to rely on someone else to do it for me, and don’t have to wait for them. I can get immediate relief when I need it. This is great because I live by myself. It helps me target my sore back muscles from sitting all day at my desk job and from my gym workouts. I use it to do my upper back, mid-back, and lower back all by myself while I’m watching TV. I also use it on my butt muscles when by butt is sore after doing too many squats at the gym.
