As a runner in my 60's this is used to loosen my iliotibial bands, popliteus, and unknot occasional calf cramps and stiff neck and shoulder muscles. I was skeptical but now recommend if combined with the correct stretching and strengthening plan. I also use less advil and cbd with this thing.Product works well for me. Battery life is also good.My back loves this massage gun.When you first get it, plug it in for a couple hours to fully charge. It cannot be used while plugged in. It lasts for around 10 hours on a full charge which is nice. I would have expected a large battery capacity to weigh more, but the gun is lightweight.It is simple to use with 5 speeds. Each time you squeeze the on button, it changes speeds and cycles off after the fifth speed. The lowest speed is fine for my back muscles, but some might like the stronger speeds.I love the softshell case it comes packaged, which is good for storing and travel. Overall it's a well designed product!I was skeptical as to how strong this massage gun would be, but it did not disappoint. It is a lot sturdier than expected and really powerful! The grip is a nice size and it doesn’t feel cumbersome to use. The gun has five different power modes and has eight attachments. Overall, I am really happy with this thing. My wife loves it. Let’s face it, sometimes I’m just too tired to give my wife a back massage. With this thing, all I have to do is hold it in place and bam! This purchase was well worth it.I have been attending physical therapy for a few months for my knee. While I was there a massage gun was used often. When I continued therapy at home I wanted one to help with recovery. This gun was just what I was looking for. It seems to be well built and isn’t extremely heavy. It also has a number of different heads to it. The carrying case was definitely a bonus. So far I have no complaints and would recommend it.This massage gun is super easy and great to use! I didn’t have to use a manual to understand how to operate it. Easy on and off button. It has 5 speed levels and 8 changeable heads depending on the kind of pressure and feel you want for a massage. It came with a nice bag holder to store it away in. Would definitely purchase as a gift for family and friends.I purchased this massage gun on May 3. Received two days later. Read instructions thoroughly and followed directions precisely. It worked great for about two months. The last two Times I charged it, the battery seemed to not last as long. Today it won't charge at all! I plugged it in and saw the blinking blue light indicating charging. Did some laundry and housework and five hours later took it off to use it. NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER!!!! I paid WAY too much for this to only work for two months! I've left a message on Amazon but there's no option to contact the seller. I posted a message. Will see if they respond. For my money right now??? Don't bother! Better off going to a professional for a hands on massage!
