I normally use a large Midway range bag but there are many times I am only shooting a couple of pistols. I find this bag to be a good one for those lighter days. It holds up to three pistols but two is a better fit. The other side pocket can hold up to six magazines and other small stuff. The only disappointment is the center pocket (which has dividers) that isn’t big enough for targets, or anything large. Ear and eye protection fit well but more than a box or two of ammo about fills it up. Again, fine for a short, pistol only range session but feels very limiting.Recommended for pistol shooters and a short range session. Make sure you own a bigger bag though…!I carry 11 in-wide targets in my pistol bag and this this bag has a side area for both guns and targets. This bag had a good set-up and allowed room for carrying targets, however the khaki color was my 2nd choice (which I finally settled for because the "gray" was not available with this bag).I cannot say enough about the zippers! The zippers are incredible; they are like two zippers sewn side-by-side and work very smoothly. I'll bet they really are "bomb-proof" as advertised (or at least a box of M80's!). Order one of these bag if only to try the zippers!The 1020 dernier fabric is thicker that any competitor's bags, and the high-grade metal buckles on the carry strap are excellent. Also, not having hook-and-tie on the hand carry handles is nice -- they are easier to use than always fighting with hook-and-loop closures that get in the way when opening the bag once you set it down!"Best Bag of the Year" that I've ever tried (and bought)! --GaryI often take multiple guns to the range . This bag fits them and all the accessories well! I two pistols, two different types ammo, and 4 different magazines perfectly.I got this to take my two pistols to the range. The bag has a pocket with two pouches and a separate one for the magazines. There is a lot of room in the main pocket for ear and eye protection and boxes of ammo or what ever else you need to bring. Great bag overall.I am glad i bought this. I bought one that holds 2 pistols but it was two small to hold all the gear.This one is perfect. The velcro removable dividers work very well. I can hold all my gear including 6 boxes of ammo in the large center pouch and still have plenty of room on other pouches for clips,targets , multiple pistols.Worth the moneyI wanted a compact range bag that would carry four pistols, eye and ear protection for one or two people, ammo, loaders, med kit and other gear. I did not want a huge bag. I read descriptions and reviews, and watched videos of more than thirty bags. I bought and returned two bags that were good for organization but could not carry ammo. With no reviews, I took a chance on this. I like it.1000+ denier gives it good structure. The zippers are smooth and a good weight. The back zipper section easily secures four pistols: two in the big pocket and one each in the smaller pockets. All pockets are padded and/or lined. My longest pistol is 7" long. I measured 2" of space left. The bag is sewn well and the strap hardware is metal. Two interior dividers made organizing gear neat and easy.I wish there was PALS webbing on one end to attach a med pouch and rubber feet, but I guess you can't have everything in a compact bag at this price. Their large bag has webbing on the end. Maybe they'll produce a medium+ so I can buy it in black :).I use this bag for my CZ 75 P-01. It has enough room for ammo, hearing protection and eye protection. I also carry a few simple tools. I could adult add another gun in this bag. It has space and adjustable pieces to divide the internal space for your gear. Easy to put a lock on if you want. I feel it protects everything inside the bag when traveling to the range or in the woods. Great purchase.Looks nice, just a little disappointed overall. First, will will probably work ok for what i wanted it for. But, the materials don’t feel high quality to touch/feel, but will probably last ok. Biggest complaints- the handles feel cheaply made and no wrap for them. The shoulder strap is flimsy and not confidence inspiring. Wish there were some small pockets on the ends of the bag for small things like locks and open chamber flags. I can probably live with this bag, but wonder if i should have chosen something else. Buyer be ware.
