I bought this case because the older "classic" 10/22 case can only fit your scoped 10/22 as long as you keep the regular sporter-style stock on it. If you put on an ATI, Tapco or other type of stock which has a pistol grip on it, it will not fit in the classic case. The Flagstaff case fits my 10/22 in a Tapco stock with a scope on top, so I'm very happy with it.Additionally, the zippered pockets on the Flagstaff case are larger as well.and can easily accommodate spare magazines and ammo.This is an excellent buy and perfect for your 10/22.The extra pockets are awesome. Wish they had a bit more expansion. They hold the 6 extra magazines(3-10 round, and 3-25 round). Ear plugs, wipes, and lens cleaners for the scope.On time delivery of a nice looking Ruger case !Good oroductThis case fits my 10/22 perfectly and it is well constructed. Good value for the money.The case is easy to carry. Unzips all the way to insert or remove my ruler 10/22 with scope. Has a nice little side pouch to carry extra magazine, or box of ammo. The case is pretty thick so it offers quite a bit of protection to the rifle inside.It fits.okThere`s no doubting that it`s a very well made good looking rifle case but, I have to agree with with the vast majority of comment`s. The dimention`s are very tight, it`s all down to the type of scope you have on your 10/22 as to wether or not it will fit into the case. I have a Leupold scope with low mounts on my 10/22 not particularly big, but I`m only just able to fasten up the zip.Nice case but shy on dimension information. From other reviewers stating this fits their firearms with a scope other than just a 10/22 seemed to suggest it could fit my application. Well it is way too small in height. The actual INSIDE HEIGHT is only 7 1/2 inches (19cm) at the very narrow highest portion with the zipper closed. This did not fit my carbine with a Monte Carlo stock and a small 4X32 scope. Removing the scope still left a very tight fit around the stock. Absolutely impractical to having to consider removing the scope to carry my rifle. The case was promptly returned.Well made, well lined and heavily padded. High quality everywhere with good looks. I use it for a T1 Tikka with 16.5" barrel, scope and bipod.Poor shipping by Canada Post. I had to pickup at the post office which was 18 kilometres each way. The delivery Post Person said no one was home. I was in the driveway all day repairing equipment.At Canada Post, no one is ever home. Remains completely dysfunctional as usual.If you have a Ruger 10/22 or even the Rock Island M22 clone, you'll find this soft case ideal in that there are a couple of external zippered pockets in which you can place your extra magazines. This helps to avoid scratches to your stock from the mags. being inside with the rifle.Not to mention that the padding is near perfect and affords really good protection,and this case is the exact correct size for these rifles too.Yes, I would buy this case again.Fits my Ruger 22 with a scope with no problem. It seems to be well made and good padding.
