Hold the gun . Work greatAre going to attach them before buying them.I purchased without doing this.Was going to put in vehicle.But I'm 6'6" and there is no place that my legs wouldn't be that was good for mounting theseI use it to hold my pistol while I'm in my car. See hear in Arizona we are free and can carry a concealed weapon. Anyway worth the money and looks good.The only issue is the fitting is for a much larger wider barrow, does not fit my gunSo only used 2 screws, since I was unsure of what lay in wait behind car panels. Used 3M aggressive 2 sided tape which is holding like a champ. If you do this, cover the entire back even with a couple of screws. Just so they don’t come loose.As with similar products out there, the mounting options depend on the vehicle or the mounting surface. This product works fine on a service or full size semi-auto handgun with a fairly square slide. However, when using it for a slimmer style gun the option to rack the slide is a little unstable because the track in which the gun sits in is cut to fit the larger slides.Some reviews scared me mentioning the magnet was too weak. I figured I’d gamble with it since it was cheap enough. This thing holds my 9mm just fine and installs easily . I’d suggest getting itBought this to have a better place in my car for my pistol and this is great! Easy to use, install, was not expensive, and got to my house fast.
