The 18V Metabo HG 18 LTX 500 bare cordless dual temperature heat gun is engineered and manufactured for durability, safety, and productivity. Within just 5 seconds the tool reaches an operating temperature of 572°F, which is 40% faster than a corded model. The heat gun has two separate temperature levels with level 1 heating up to 572°F and level 2 reaching 932°F, making it the first cordless heat gun performing at a corded level. Its slim and ergonomic non-slip, rubber-coated grip, lock-on button, and attachment point for a tool balancer allow for maximum comfort while working. The integrated LED light illuminates of the work area. Excellent performance can be achieved thanks to a maximum air volume of 7.0 cf during a variety of applications such as stripping paint, shaping, heat shrinking, plastic welding, and thawing.
