I spent some time shopping around for a screwgun that could be used for a drywall project but also wanted to be able to use if for possible decking in the future. This drill has plenty of power. I drywalled a room with it and it works great. Took some practice to get the hang of how to best hold it and adjust the depth setting but once set, it was smooth sailing. The reverse feature is nice but difficult to use if the screw is set below the surface since the phillips driver is recessed in the unit. I had a cordless drill on hand in case there were any screws I had to back out. Would definitely recommend this product for pro or homeowner use. Seems like a really solid unit that will last for years.
