This will be the first and last book with the name of Sam Adams attached that I will ever purchase. Yes, I am now angry -very angry. The author even makes such outrageous statements as UN law automatically supercedes American sovereignty to add to the 'scare' effect.This is nothing but sales hyperbole disguising itself as a how to manual. The book is replete on the philosophy of gun grabbing and the author's greatest fears but it is lacking in any really useful content. I could condense the book to 5 pages of real information from the 100 large print pages encountered.The end of the book is a laundry list of survival sites. I've seen many of these items from sources as Newsmax on the web. The book is nothing more than a way to refer the purchasers of this book to more of their sites to escalate their fears while at the same time picking their pockets. From the look of these sites it appears they are all affiliated with the same web programmer/company.Avoid these opportunists like the plague. -5 for this item.I bought this book because of a email that was trying to sell the same book for 4 times the price. I read it in one setting and don't know anymore than I did before I read it. It is not the fault of the seller. The author did not do homework nor did they explain anything. My opinion is this book is a waste of time and money. There are lots of real good prepper books out there, this just isn't one of them.Its more like a pamphlet . expected more actually out of a pricey booklet I will try and get 5 bucks at half price book store.Decent book with some good ideas, was hoping for a little more detail and more specific explanations than what is there but you get the general idea and gets you thinking of different options.I like this book, still working out the kinks of how I can apply to my personal situations, and for pre-planing purposesThis book is a total waste of funds and time (athough it's so few pages a speed reader can read it in 15 minutes). In other words it ain't a big book and what's in it can be gleaned from any decent Survialist's type paperback for 1/5 the cost at your local gun-show.gives some good ideasGood read, good advise.
