First off, the adhesive sticks like crazy, so make sure it's where you want it. Holds steel mags just fine. It does hold my plastic Glock mags (just barely), but only with the round count holes towards the magnet. I'm using it primarily for my Ruger mags. I did try a 10 and 20 round fully loaded .308 mags and it held just fine. Overall, not bad for the $$. I'd recommend them.
